Corporate social responsibility (CSR)

While the world quarantined and people shut themselves away, frontliners continued to work tirelessly to ensure people stay safe. So due to short supply of protective equipment and garments, BTC Harmoni Sdn Bhd was ready to provide and design custom COVID-19 garments and protective equipment for the frontlines of IMARET, and TNB Janamanjung & Manjung Hospital, as part of our corporate social responsibility..

Our capabilities

Laser Cutting Machine

With our laser cutting machine, we are able to cut fabric with high speed while maintaining the consistency of the cutting. This will ensure that the size of the clothing remains the same based on its size. Even with different types of apparel, the size can be standardized.

Sublimation Printing

With sublimation printing, since the ink is infused into the fabric, you will get more washes, and the shirt will be more durable when compared to heat transfer printing. Sublimation printing also does not introduce any additional layer on top of the fabric; thus, no cracking happens after washing and drying.

Silkscreen Printing

With the silkscreen printing technique, we are able to achieve higher and sharper quality images than normal digital printing. The prints are also more durable and long-lasting. Screen printing can be done on a variety of print materials.

Inhouse Design Team

We have our own in-house design team to provide consultation on the best designs and fabrics for your use, ensuring that your designs are unique and the garments/apparel feel comfortable and look good.

Inhouse Sewing Team

We have the best facilities and all the tools needed to mass-produce apparel and other merchandise. We have highly-trained and experienced labor to ensure that the quality of products is at the highest possible level.
